Well the women's 10k was solid! Shalane and Kara and Amy, whoa! Talk about a gutsy and perfect race!

Don't sleep on Ed Moran in the 10k! 27:43 Abdi, Moran and Rohatinsky are my top three picks.

hey HT, why don't you submit something to use, since you're so focus on it, or else, shut your trap!!

Ok enough is enough now, that music in the beginning really needs to go. Jesus, it makes this show so less professional.

Anyone who had seen Greer race before the 1:47 would tell you he isn't a surprise. It was just a matter of time before he found a race that would take him that fast. I watched him run a negative split 1:53 in April that was unreal. With 300 to go, he was even with the field. He won by more than 5 seconds. All of us in Oregon can't wait to see what he does next.

Mark, Scotty ran against some pretty big dogs (goucher, solinsky, teg, lagat, etc.) at USATF last year. How can you say no experience?

Great job guys! Length seems to be the topic here and I think that you guys got it just right for this one. It's definitely getting better and better and I really really think that shows like this are going to be a major driver for the growth of track and field. Thanks for covering our sport!

I thought the timing of the audio glitch at 11:05 is great Mark: "When has Galen Rupp ever failed you?" Kevin: bleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.
Great show.

Love the show. Every episode seems to get better. The flow is improving and Kevin and Mark seem more comfortable in front of the camera. Love the guest interviews. I love Flotrack because it is focused on the true track fans. Can't wait to see all the Trials coverage!

1) Anna Willard, will you marry me?
2) This one actually felt a little short! I think it's a good idea to limit the time, though. I would never say make it a static time though, because there's nothing worse than filler. Maybe a cut-off at 20 mins (but no longer than is needed to go through all the solid material)? Something like that? This one definitely left me wanting more. Can't wait for next week.

in regards to the length: i love it! i like the fact that its long, because you get to cover more material, etc. like so many have said, its like the sports center of track and field. i wouldnt cut the time at all, if anything id like to see it about 20-min long. keep up the good work and looking forward to seeing more of these.

It did seem a little long to me. What are your predictions for the W & M Steeples?

good to see anna back on flotrack. Kevin and Mark, you guys should try and get those long-dormant osaka bloggers writing again as they take off for the trials.
