Ahh come on Mark/Flotrack. I wait in anticipation for each passing Wednesday...so I can watch another, new workout! Still hoping for next Wednesday.

But its alright, I understand you were very busy with the Olympics.

Wow kara is a monster that workout was beast and she hit all her splits and most of the time she was like 2 sec. faster that is hardcore.

Kara Goucher Workout

This workout was done way back in 2006 before Kara Goucher really busted on the running scene. When Flotrack interviewed her in 2006, Kara thought of herself as a 15-5k runner that would probably never make a world cross bc they took out the 4k race. Kara has come a long way since the fall of 06 but we thought it would be fun to look back at some of our old workout vids for the next couple of weeks as we get reay for the 2008 XC season.
