I would love to see Flotrack catch up with Laurynne and/or Mike and put the rumor to rest. That could be kind of the scoop of the season! If it's all true, that would be very cool. Stanford's number one runner, Cal's new school record holder, together for sure???

I'm thinking Washington and Oregon continue to play their cards close to their chest. Coach Vin has avoided this meet for a few years. At the Dellinger Nicole Blood was off the pace, and at this race Alex Kosinski was off the pace. Mel Lawrence wasn't even entered. That may well be intentional. Kuijken was the perfect example of what most teams want to accomplish here at Terre Haute. This year's championship will be won or lost with the 4th and 5th runners. She dropped back and gave her team some encouragement during the race. Both Washington & Oregon have, I think, intentionally avoided putting everything on the table. The PAC-10 coming up might be a big enough temptation to go at each other full strength in the women's race. The Oregon men and Stanford will certainly cross swords at Long Beach. If everyone stays healthy for the next two weeks this will be a great PAC-10. I'll certainly be there!
Kuijken looked like a wise old master. Dropping back to talk to team mates, moving back up through the field with ease trying to drag team mates along. Wow. If she get to go free at nationals, she's clearly #2, I think by a wide margin from #3.
Thank You! Much more realistic possibility. Thanks for some "real" input.
although terribly interesting to talk about, was incorrect! The End.
actually, i know for a fact that she is still at stanford. my friend has a class with her.
