20 X 400m. First 10 start a new one every 2 minutes. Next 5 start a new one every 1min 45sec. Last 5 start a new one every 90sec. Leaders were generally between 64 and 68 (depending on the hills) with Taylor Milne hitting 61 on the 20th.
