Damn I wish I was there instead of in Montreal....Next, year I guess....They know how to run a mile...I thank you for these videos as its good to see so many people I've trained with over the years running...

I was there at the classic mile and ran in one of the age group mile races.. I did my first lap in I think just under 59 seconds but couldn't hold pace to finish.. For Shadrack to go sub 4 on that track and maintain horsepower like that is an extraordinary performance.

its a crushed clay track to simulate the one bannister broke the 4 minute mile On! thats why its a "track like that"

LOVE the wider screen and the angles are GREAT! I don't mind the longer download time, the wide screen is worth the wait!

Nicely done. I like the large video, and I like the wide-screen format, however, the larger video does take longer to load. Also, it's formatted oddly on the screen and requires you to scroll over, etc. Maybe if you narrowed it slightly and moved the stopwatch somewhere else that would be best. Thanks, also, for using the voice-over commentary during the infield camera angles.

Saw the race live, and great to see it again on video.

The coverage of the races were very good and the angles of the elite mile you really see the technique and proper running form. It is incredible to run that fast (all the events) in such a track.
