I meant trainers not spikes when I said it the second time.

That's two workouts now that athletes have mentioned that they wear spikes for fast track workouts. I have never done this. We always wear spikes. That's something I need to start thinking about doing. I would have never known any better if it wasn't for these awesome videos.
