Watch all of the Oregon standouts this year. Best coaching, best training regimen, best recruiting of high school standouts. AJ will always be "AJ". If anyone is trying to be someone else, watch Rupp at the Melrose meet. Classic AJ race!

probably a 4:00.xx split. They said he had to run a 3:58 to make the Auto time and he wound up 2 seconds off
