This has nothing to do with Emma, other than she is the front video right now, but the PAC-10 Championships are televised on PRIME (Time Warner Cable) here in Ca. at 1200 noon. It was on late last night too. 2 hours. Thanks Emma!

Gotta give the coaching staff at CU a ton of credit for understanding how to train this event. Its no coincidence she's doing this at the same school at Barringer.

I know your real name Biscuit not just your stage name "M" Your going to be a star, the company you are running around with is incredible and that is how you become great! It is all about your perception of reality, and your making your small piece of paradise in the middle of the Rocky Mountains you call home very proud of you! Like Kenny Chesney says, this is 'The Good Stuff' and as Lee Ann Womack said, I hope you dance and not bow out, you definitely Danced this Spring. You are running in all the top races in the country at every meet, even though you are putting your gum underneath the hurdles before the start.

Life is made up of moments and this Spring has been a great moment so far. As an athlete you become an actress so to speak, and you have the gift to bring people up to a higher place for just a moment on race day, and you did just that. At your former high school banquet last night you have created that legacy that great athletes leave.
King Kong aint got @$^^$#^^%#@ on you!

We have been following Emma's career for years. She is from a little ski town in Colorado called Crested Butte. If you get a chance to watch her run you should because she is a beautiful runner.

Emma Coburn - freshman year at Colorado

May 22, 2009
Emma Coburn is a freshman at the University of Colorado. At the Payton Jordan Invite Emma set the American Junior Record in the steeplechase, running 10:06. Emma recently finished 4th at the Big 12 Championships in Lubbock and now has her sites site on the NCAA Regionals where she will try to earn a spot to the NCAA Championships in Fayetteville. Just as a reference, her teammate Jenny Barringer, ran 9:53 as a frosh (but Jenny was 19 so the time was not an American Jr record).
