Good luck guys.
how do they just leave school for 5 weeks?
...I wonder what happen to him....glad to see he is back...when is his next Race?
So, are any these guys going to run sub 13:15? or sub 27:30?
whats up with all these 5k, 10k guys? W.O.W could use some more sprints, low middle distance athletes
thats why these guys aren't sissies they train at flagstaff
Tempe and the phoenix area in general is still at about 1600ft of elevation. Not quite sea level.
But seriously, these guys are awesome. At first I was really upset that Coach Chapman was kind of pushed out of IU, but he has been able to do so much more now by starting a professional team.
