yeah. well nobody wants to watch some sprinter just run 3-200's walk around and have 4 minutes of rest. and then practice starts.

OUT OF ALL THE WORKOUTS YOU ONLY HAVE TWO SPRINTERSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS WHAT THE HECK???????? THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A TRACK AND FIELD SITE MEANING THEIR IS NO FAVORITISM TOWARDS ONE EVENT. I RESPECT DISTANCE WORKOUTS BUT I WANT TO SEE A 100 OR 200 METER RUNNER. THANKS!

Great to see that core routine video again..Stephen is right, it's great to do and the more intense, the better....I wished that I would have listened sooner..I blew it off, all of my caree, then herniated discs and now 4 cortisone shots in the spine later and in physical therapy, I am finally learnin'

But seriously, these guys are awesome. At first I was really upset that Coach Chapman was kind of pushed out of IU, but he has been able to do so much more now by starting a professional team.

Tempe and the phoenix area in general is still at about 1600ft of elevation. Not quite sea level.

Episode #15 - Team Indiana Elite Sea Level Workout

Team Indiana Elite spent a little over 5 weeks in Flagstaff for their early spring altitude training. Before hopping on a plane back to Bloomington they made a pit stop at Arizona State for their first sea level workout. In this workout is Stephen Haas, Scott Overall, Jordan Fife, Derek Scott, and Trent Hoerr. The guys are fit and looking to run some fast times this weekend at the Payton Jordan Invite up at Stanford. Flotrack will be at Payton Jordan streaming LIVE on Saturday.



Workout:

10x400 (starting at 63 & dropping down)

Rest - 90 seconds
