I feel that Nikeya is probably the most talented 800m runner in the U.S. Her true potential is untapped. If it stays there any longer it will fizz out and manifest itself as one of thos what if???? carees.

Nikeya needs to follow Webb and go train with either Salazar or Schumacher. I think she can benefit from running with Goucher, Begley, Thomas and Gall. That's if she wants to be more than a rabbit at a Belgian meet.

coward below, she may have talent but at this level talent means squat. something isn't right so she should change that coach of hers. if u read the article on webb leaving, the agent said things weren't right. this may be the same for nikeya. she need to do something cuz she ain't running good enough to place top three in ncaa's let alone usa's.

Whats Funny   August 6 at 9:53pm
is that she is only an 800 runner yet she's ranked lower than all of our top 1500 runners and even a couple 5k girls. i would be surpirsed if jenny B runs a good 3 sec faster than nikeya's season best. unless she's injured she should be ashamed. please leave with alan. go train with otc!

My northern VA friend! stick with it Nikeya, in high school I was awed by your fantastic patriot district and northern region records. You're a champ all the way, have faith next year will be better than ever :)
