man, he can't go 2:00 for his last 800 to get the standard? I've seen him win the Mt. Sac Invitational closing in 56 seconds his last 400m back in 2004. He's getting old. I like this guy, and I hope everything goes well for him to get to the world champs next year. (him and goucher)

Keep it up man-just need to get a couple of consistant races. Looks like you may need more base work??? The speed has always been there.
