thanks so much for asking about "strength work" this is so helpful. i also wonder how fast those 1k and 2k repeats are 2:40, 2:50, surely not slower than that. i would count that as "fast"...

Great interview ! Appreciate the explanation of the tempo runs and how he and his running group approach them. Hope Riley makes the Olympic team in the 5K or event that he runs. BTW, he said "Tim Broe" - yeah. Got to appreciate both Jonathon Riley and Tim Broe. Mark, great job !
