I would love to hear Dr. Daniels address the issue of overtraining in women athletes. I remember asking him about his success with women track athletes and he suggested that many approach coaching from the perspective of "more is better". Unfortunately, this often leads to a high injury rate and lost seasons for some athletes. Because of his understanding of human physiology and experience with women athletes, Jack has some valuable insight on this topic. If you're still conducting interviews, there are a lot of coaches and athletes who need his advice.
