I've heard rumors of Hasay, and Zach Mellon, and the kid from Illinois who ran a 4:05 saying that he can beat Rob Finnerty's 4:01. Also, watch for Cole O'brien in then freshman mile (4:26PR). He doesnt train in the off season either. HAHA! reply

The top three consisted of soph Heydon Wooff who ran an 8:57.66, junior Matt McElroy who ran 8:59.91, and soph Sam Pons, who barely missed a sub-9 with a time of 9:00.95. In total, I believe there were 10 runners under 9:10. reply

The Tasty Race of the Week this week comes from the Washington State Meet up in the Pacific Northwest. Shane Moskowtiz lit the track on fire to end the first day of competition this past Thursday! Congrats to Shane for his performance in the Boys 4A 3200 Final. Check it out....
