Nick Willis Interview at Mt. SAC XC Invite : Speakers & Interviews

it's awesome hearing from a guy that has had all those injuries, dedication and hard work to really demonstrate what it takes to be successful. I like how he stressed to do the little things that take you a long way. Also that eating right is important and stretching isnt something people just do only to relax and have something to do. He takes 2hrs to stretch so its probably really important that high school guys should focus on for at least 20mins.

It was cool to get to talk and get an autograph from Nick at the Mt. SAC relays. Thanks for coming out with your Olympic medal Nick!
