Speechless.Watching that gave me goosebumps! Shalane is amazing and that is a understatement! She does a lot of core work and it shows that core work pays off along with the training.

MT SAC - Women`s 5000m Invitational

The 2007 Mt. SAC Relays saw some fast time and the Women's 5k was the best of the bunch. Shalane Flanagan 14:44.80 and broke the American Record. We expect the 2008 Mt.
