#4	Alceste October 9, 2007 at 1:11pm His form is not so much bad as it is loose and fitting for his event. Ya, compared to say Lagat, there's a big difference in form, but Lagat races 15-20 secs faster per mile. As a marathoner Abdi's mileage is also probably a lot higher, his loose form again fitting as it decreases the pounding on his legs. Basically he doesnt need the rigid, efficeint form of a guy racing shorter distances. reply
