That's a message every young man should hear. Though many will disagree about being more balanced, the question is always, is what you want to do going to get you where you want to go? If not, go home and go to bed-don't do it. I've tried to teach that to my own kids-perhaps, M Vick needed to hear this message. Great interview.

He expresses what I think about very often despite the fact that I am finished and slow and old runner. Nevertheless, his incredients for success are true.
