I don't get why everyone thinks she's gonna get destroyed... She raced in the first heat last year then took her 1500 time down to 4:14 this summer. I don't think she'll win but she definitely belongs in heat 1 where she is.

Jordan Hasay

Jordan ready for Payton Jordan

June 10, 2009
In the second part of our interview with Jordan she talks about her transition she'll have into college as a Duck and how she's handled set backs this season. Jordan also talks about going into Payton Jordan and competing against some of the best women in the country. This will be the first weekend since the Olympic Trials that she has faced this level of competition. Last year Jordan finished tenth in the race and ran 4:17 (race video | results). Two months later she finish 10th at the Olympic Trials final in the same time (but ran 4:14 in the semis - interview from the trials | results).
