She was either feeling bad for a while or she's SUPER calm and mature and has grown immensely in the previous year...which would also have to indicate she's extremely confident in her finishing ability. #27	Anonymous Coward December 14, 2008 at 10:33pm I did not notice the heel striking on McGloughlin because I could not get past her arms crossing in front of her ( quite surprised she ran as fast as she did ). Remember she is reletively new to this sport and when she gets to college hopefully they will fix her form errors, then watch out! reply

Am happy for the winners but really hoped Allie could have crossed by a second faster than the rest. her strategy was just not as good as the strategy that Jordan H. implemented. Granted Hasay did the exact same thing last year with the same result, but still... to go out and take on three national champions head on and make them race for it. Her stock went waaaay up in my book today. reply

You think they could have spent an extra hundred bucks and got a film crew that knew what they were doing. The race itself was probably amazing. Bio:	Jordan Hasay is one of the most decorated U.S. distance runners in history. She is a two time Footlocker National champion, 4 time California State Champion in cross country, 3 time California State Champion… + See More + Jordan Hasay is one of the most decorated U.S. distance runners in history. She is a two time Footlocker National champion, 4 time California State Champion in cross country, 3 time California State Champion… + See More - See Less - Jordan Hasay is one of the most decorated U.S. distance runners in history. She is a two time Footlocker National champion, 4 time California State Champion in cross country, 3 time California State Champion in the 3200m, 2 time USATF cross Country national champion, and the 2008 National Track & Field Athlete of the year. She has also been selected to 3 USATF Jr. National teams. Perhaps her greatest accomplishment came in the summer of 2008 when she qualified for the 1500m final at the U.S. Olympic trials. Hasay finished in 9th place, setting a new high school record of 4:14.50.
