Some people cannot wait that little. For instance, when I weighed a "fat" 125 lbs. I was having severe psychological problems, at 145 lbs, I can handle more mileage and I feel a whole lot stronger and I am much faster. On another note, what is the benefit of not racing as much. If any coach can help me with this, email me at . Thanks.
