Dagata is hilarious. More of this guy Flotrack. This is the guy to promote throwing events in/for the US. Personality and charisma to spare.

And to the poster below me.."oh ryan"..steepling is not hurdling, so you dont need to be all that coordinated. You just have to maintain forward momentum while jumping and not waste too much energy on converting forward motion to upward motion. As malmo says "the steeplechase is a running event, not a hurdle event." And besides, DWill looked WAAAAYYYYY worse than Ryan. But at least he didn't run out of the front of the ring.

Ryan it is amazing you a ran a 9 flat steeple as uncordinated as you are.. And you are an idiot if you don't know that you can exit the front of the RING!!!!
