uhhhh...Dannyboy, I dont think Sell working a Home Depot and Kannouchi washing dishes compares to being in medical school. Sell works part time I believe, and I would imagine that it is not his life's goal to work at Home Depot. Kannouchi worked washing dishes to survive - also not the same as pursuing medical school, and I am sure not his life's goal. Being a physician is a worthy life's goal, and also requires somewhere in the neighborhood of 80-100 hours per week by itself. Training at all on top of it is amazing. Training to be as good as Dan Lincoln is astounding!

Man, that's a talent being able to be a top athlete and have a big time commitment other than running. Reminds me of Sell working at Home Depot and running 160 miles a week, or Khannouchi washing dishes at a restaurant while he was training to become a top marathoner just after he arrived in the USA.
