Is there any way to keep the volume of everything at the same level so I don't keep looking like an idiot when I watch video's at work that I am not supposed to be watching? reply

Life on the european circuit are amazing times, but for the athletes life can get a lil dull in different meet hotels around Europe. This weeks Off Track Tuesday follows Steven Hooker and Sarah Jamieson for a "bit" of shopping on the day before a competition.
