Penn Relays does 100s without blocks. This meet is to give everyon a chance to compete. It is actually not that long and they do a great job. With blocks for all the races they would either have a 12 hr meet or have to cut the meet in half. You decide.

200s without blockouts wow. probably the only way to accom. 1500 athletes in on meet... the speed of the heats... thats cool!
