She has that great healthy, pregnant glow! Blake, running will get easier in your second trimester. I ran a half marathon at 4 months and continued running through about 7 months until it was too painful, then cross trained on the eliptical or in the pool up until the day I delivered. I definitely recommend it.

by the way, Blake is a superior athlete and lovely person, and doesn't strike me (& I've met her) as the type of woman who needs to be coddled and sheltered from any criticism. I mean, her interview is posted on flotrack, for the entire running community to see, what else would she expect?!

the answer is yes then? this board is reserved for positive feedback...criticized wasn't stated accidentally, that was the question.

it's simply odd that people can't state what they think, as long as they aren't inappropriate.

Key word...criticized...there is always someone that wants to criticize some thing small and redundent. Thank you Flotrack!

was that last post deleted just be/c the poster criticized Blake's answers (referred to as 'painful'??) what is going on here with censorship? there was nothing inappropriate about what was written...I'm seriously asking--do comments have to be positive on here?

My wife went from 110 to 160lbs! Well, we did have twins but she's finally able to run again and is back down to 110.
