I am a 200m and 400m guy and we do literally the exact same circuit.
I think its funny how some distance runners call sprinters lazy, yet when a distance runner is seen doing a sprinter's workout it is considered one of the hardest workouts of the year....
So one can legitimately
speculate that the OSU overdid it...perhaps as a result of the camera being on them as coach Smith alludes to at 2 minutes into the OSU workout.
BUT, I'd say this one by Shalane still takes it, combine everything together it's nasty. Those little circuits don't look like much from this perspective, but if you have ever done them that's another story. You feel like you are running all out while breathing through a straw by the end. She did this after the tempo, and before core (all at altitude).
