American Record holder of the indoor 3k and the outdoor 5k, Shalane Flanagan gives herself a grade on her last season and talks about the upcoming Olympic year.

This is the whole interview and it is about 12 mins long. We have a couple other longer interviews that we will prob put up this slow period but only if you guys and gals like it. So let us know. If you do we will show.
