German Tx,
That's not really the point. I was answering a question about Penn Relays and gave an answer. Since I was not alove when most of those relays, I can't accurately answer, but I wouldn't be shocked if Villanova held the indoor DMR record at some point and I think I remeber reading when Michigan won NCAA's in 04 that it was a new Indoor WR for the DM. I am also not sure if your question was sarcastic and you already knew this. Either way, Texas has the record now.
Kevin-
5 teams have done it. As Joshua points out, Michigan did it handily in 05 and they did it once before that in like th 40's, Maryland did it once a ways back, Arkansas in '99 and Villanova close to a dozen times.
.it is really something to remember. ! I would be charged up for any team that performed like TX did. Watching it makes me feel that 2008 wasn't such a ho-hum year after all...
This relay squad may have been one of the best ever.....World Record, 3 Penn Relay Wagon Wheels, NCAA DMR Champs, Two NCAA Individual Champs. Check out the University of Texas Relay Squad.
