What the hell is wrong with this kid? He has no personlaity at all.Injury or not his social skills are horrible. Its like he has no life in him. He's a runner, they're talking about running, and he's not into the interview at all.Lift your spirits man and get back on your feet. Get some life in you. I wouldnt be surprised if this kid was a loner all day everyday.

running is a huge part of his life...if this happened to me I'd be a touch depressed too

It's actually impressive how he takes this situation in stride.

"It's not an easy 130 mile week"-I didn't know there was such a thing as a 130 mile week!

how does he do 130 in singles? doesnt even make sense, what is his short run, 15 miles. does he do 5 mile warm ups and cooldowns for workouts. what does his training week setup look like?

Fix Yo Leg May 7, 2008 at 10:00am.
Sounds like he needs to see a specialist on that jacked up leg. If it's a neuro-muscular issue, he may want to try some plyometric/jumping exercises to get his muscles back to firing correctly again.

Rule May 7, 2008 at 9:59am.
he would be fine either way because there is no contract or anything. here's a piece of what it says on the NCAA website:

"A. General Rule. An individual shall be ineligible for participation in an intercollegiate sport if he or she ever has agreed (orally or in writing) to be represented by an agent for the purpose of marketing his or her athletics ability or reputation in that sport. Further, an agency contract not specifically limited in writing to a sport or particular sports shall be deemed applicable to all sports, and the individual shall be ineligible to participate in any sport. [12.3.1]"

Not A Good Idea... May 7, 2008 at 9:37am.
Good thing Josh caught himself on the question of agents. I thought there was an NCAA rule about talking to agents before your eligibility's over.
