Thank you for the boast Fenton… I value you for trying to help others and myself understand it is not one race that "makes or brakes" your career. I definitely needed to hear someone express that after I ran 14:23 for a 5k and at the national meet run a 15:03. Thank you Flotrack I will absolutely keep running after watching this.

I really admire your lifestyle, you have the opportunity to go to Europe and follow around these world class athletes, its really amazing, and it brings it closer to home, and the reality most of us will not have the chance to go over the Europe and race, I would like to know how you get involved with flotrack, anything I would really love to do
