With all the big names in this year's NYC Marathon (Abdi, Tergat, Bolota, Rohatinsky, Carney, Radcliff, Ndereba, Goucher, Kim, Magda, McGregor, etc...) some may forget that America will also have their eyes on one unsung hero.....Mark Floreani. As Mark embarks on his first marathon challenge there has been much speculation on his finishing time. So we decided it was ... A. time to actually do a workout and B. a perfect time for a prediction contest. Watch our workout we joined with Leo and see what you think about the status of Mark's fitness, then YOU PREDICT HIS TIME.

Judging by the Episode #6 workout, you have a great group to train with.
I will be about 2 hours right behind you. I will be wearing running shoes and a Team for Kids Singlet and I usually run a little bit on the right side of the road. Can't miss me.

He'll start the race and then he'll probably jump into someone's car on a side street and have someone drive him to the 25 mile mark and then he'll jog the last mile into the finish.
