Hey, I used to see this trainer at Whole Foods and at Barton Springs all the time. Awe the anonymity of the city. The difference I think in track and field training that this trainer seems to have down-pat is that he's not pushing for bulk but for strength, flexibility and mechanics. Of course, it helps to have a guy like Trey Hardee to work with. He walks into a weight room cold with the kind of natural "definition" and ability that will make a trainer look he deserves a raise. (At UT, all the money goes into the machines you see sleeping in the room like downtown buildings after midnight).

They should take whomever produced the music for this video to Bijing with the team!
I do have one criticism I picked up on right away, though. That Longhorn bull mounted on the wall would look way better with a long neck Moosehead beer hanging on a horn.... and more apropos of the University of Texas as well. Trust me.
By the way Mr. Interviewer, if you're leading the field by a fortune, you can pick your events. And if you put a really nice sticker price up on the boards, you can kick back and let the brokers haggle out who will finish ten-events and pull down the "best in show" award from the groomers while you're sitting on the back of a convertible admiring the girls throwing ticker tape at you from the third floor windows.
Hey, Trey. Break a leg in Beijing. I hope the next time I see your ugly ass is on a box of Wheaties.

It's nice to see someone who can power clean correctly after years of watching high schoolers hurting themselves with terrible form.

It looks like the spelling has been changed, but this video looked like a step up with a little video editing on some lifts and that nice graphic at the end. Sweet.

Nice to see some non-distance events featured here, even if Mark is being a total homer. Keep up the good work, guys.
