Another question - anyone know what a "Zulu" is? It's in the second general strength routine on the sheet (Freedom) on the screen before the video is loaded. I've looked online for it, but I can't find anything

Rocket jump is a squat jump demonstrated in the video; Rocky is a clapping push-up demonstrated in the video; Cossack Extension is a jump/skip from one leg to the other with the opposite leg extending low, straight in front, to a heel touch not demonstrated in the video; not sure if that explains it but i tried.

Ditto! What is a "Rocket Jump," "Rocky," "Cossack Extension," etc.? Anyone know if these exercises are explained anywhere?

FTF, what talent could trey do in hollywood If he moved there and stopped being an athlete? The only talent he would have is being homeless and putting some good elbow grease into drying off cars. His face looks weird. Sux but I had high hopes for this kid. He never shows up when he needs to.

I can't wait until cross country season to watch some good running workouts. I know this stuff is important for becoming a good runner. But I can turn fit tv on and see the same workouts almost every hour of the day. I want to see running. Now I have to cry like a little baby for the next week and hope to see a running video. I know I'm complaining, but it's my right as an anonymous poster.

This work out was designed by former University Minnesota Head coach Phil Lundin, I know because I did this work out for 4 years. Since Mario Sategna worked at Minnesota before moving to Texas I have no dobt where her got the work out. The sheet is verbatim from Minnesota's.
acutally, you'd have to credit dan pfaff for that sheet. he coached mario and keith (my coach at msu) while they were decs at LSU. it's nothing new, but our sheet has some new exercises and we've changed the way they're grouped over the last few years...
