So first off.. whoever said we ran with 4 fresh people in finals is a butthurt dumbass cause thats not true. Everyone that was in prelims was in finals, and half of them were in the 4x1 finals that same day. Buut i guess i was pretty fresh going into that meet. i mean 7 weeks prior i broke my foot running and i didnt run anything the rest of the year until that meet.. So i get your arguement there, i was pretty damn fresh.
Bottom line though if you watch the video correctly. Me and Winger got the baton at basically the same moment and i let my experience run the race and thats what won it. Ill give props out to winger any day, he's a badass and i hate having to run against him. But that day I controlled the race and made him run how i wanted him to which eventually just wore him out.

the usa mens 4x100 team had either the best time or close to it in the prelims of the olympics... They didn't finish the best in the olympics did they?
this is the second leg for franklin pierce it dont matter if he had to run the 800 he chose to run that instead of the open 400. winger made that mistake and also our anchor had a broken foot and still beat him. that sucks knowing you got beat by a guy with o broken foot. and dont ever remember you guys running a 3:18
North Central didn't have two of thier fastest guys on the relay due to hamstring pulls and thier anchor leg was a distance runner and they still got 3rd so koodos to them
BL ran 3:20 at districts and peaked and they were done.
and our anchor leg was injured the most of the season. Plus FP peaked at the right time.
FP has the 1st place medal and BL doesn't.
actually we were the best in state. franklin peirce best time was a 3:21. and ours was a 3:18... and franklin perice ran the finals with 4 fresh guys. we had guys on our relay team that had already ran two races that day. the 400 and the 800. so if we were fresh we would have smashed fp
Big props to FP's anchor leg Max Lutton, won state 400 last season, got a stress fracture in his foot this season, and was able to come back on the relays and help our 4x4 win it! good luck at air force!
