Ryan thanks for the good steeple commentary in all of the videos. It's nice to have someone who has done it before say what it's like and comment on form etc.

owls, i think she just needs to try the longer distances. i have nothing against sara, she is an amazing runner but i think she needs to try some longer events. her speed isn't there like in college. maybe your right, the coach isn't the best for her for running the mile. he seems to be pretty good at longer distance training plans (look at her husband). i think she should try the 10k or half marathon...or follow kara goucher and try the marathon in a year or two.

maybe next week Sara hall's coach can enter her in the pole vault and by Penn she will be a pentathlete. Sara cut the cord w/ your coach!!!-please your to good to be getting beat by college girls.
