M 800 H03 Puma Mt. SAC Relays

Chs- it's 800m running in a big field, you've got to be ready for a bit of pushing. Pushing by running into gaps that aren't there (which is what the guy in black does at the 200) is worse then reaching out a hand to maintain your position. You can't shift in and expect everyone to leap out of the way while you time trial away solo.
Looking at the video at about 1.03, it looks like running into gaps that aren't there is what ends the race for the guy in green.

I got pushed off into the gravel by the first 200m mark from him shoving people. He got pushed off 350m into it anyways and dropped out. This was the dirtiest race I've ever been in.
