Obviously he was trying to stick with Bazell, then close to lap three he realized it wasnt happening and dropped off. And I still think that Tyler's kick should be the tasty kick of the week, that was crazy.
But both Tyler and Jimmy did good. You cant blame anyone for running a race the way they wanted to. And speaking about their times, it was good enough to get them to states

jimmy was so far behind Bazell he wouldnt have ever caught him anyway! so i dont see how he has the balls to go out there with him if he isnt even close to him

and your saying 9:45 is a bad time at jimmy's last race he ran a 9:50 so he's not so good himself now huh?

you guys need to shut the hell up the poor kid is just proud of himself because he got second IN STATE! as a junior! running a 9:45 is not bad at all...and the thing is just cuz jimmy had the "balls" to go out with Bazell was stupid. if he couldnt keep his pace and wasted all of his energy he shouldnt have went out with Bazell we all know the kids a beast. in my opinion Tyler ran a smart race cuz he stayed at a good pace and he did have one hell of a kick. he was smart to not go out and waste all of his energy and then get beat at the end.

Huang almost did in the 1600, but like Jimmy, the last 100 really got him because he was running one hell of a race to keep up with Bazell.

Congrats to Nicholas and Jimmy for having the determination to do so.

I don't think anyone will ever catch Graham Bazell because he is one hell of a runner and won states last year and he broke the 3A record!!!

Tyler, run a good time and then talk smack. 9:45 is hardly something to brag about. If you want to see a kick, watch Luke Arbuckle's 58 second last lap in the 2A race to run a 9:29. Take your heel striking butt back to Chopticon.

Jimmy was the only one who even attempted to go after Bazell. Jimmy's got balls

Did you just see my kick at the end of the race to get second place! Whoop!
No, I completely missed it. It's not like you're in the video pumping your fist at the line to let us all know how special you think you are. It was a good kick and second is very impressive, but people will have more respect for you if you show some sportsmanship. You only caught Jimmy because he ran one hell of a gutsy race and was completely dead by the last 100m.

That should have been the tasty kick of the week. I like the commentary "No Jimmy Nooooo! You got to go!"
