B 800 F01 2009 USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championship Races

Elijah Greer has a lot of potential. Unfortunately the pace of this race didn't suit his style. Had the race gone down with a 26/54 first lap, I think he would have done better. His early move drained any energy he had left for the last 100.

only thing i can think of this was one of the last races of 4 days of competition in the sun. too bad it wasn't called all that well but still pretty good. thanks for the vid. abbot was a beast at the end.

No mention of him when he makes the same move as Elijah Greer and coming down the stretch there is no mention of him despite his lead and almost win if not for Abbott stealing it right at the finish.

Poorly called race. Mellon makes a monster move on the favorite and holds all comers off until the line and his name is mentioned once or twice? Come on.
