That Is Not My Name, do you know how many D1 runners there are in this country?There is many. Most of us only know the top runners in the country.Because they are competing at high level and have been around for a few years, we are going to get to know who they are.

I thought they did a pretty good job, Grace Kemmey and Betsy Saina (Eldoret Natives on the Iowa State team) both had their names and accolades announced at the beginning of the race. Even if they didn't get everyone's name while they were commentating, they tried to do their best.

sorry if we left out some names up front, a bunch of the commentating was done on the ground while filming, but we'll get better as we go!

Oh yeah, I think thats a great idea... Post your name so they will NEVER forget it again!!!!! Poor baby!

Wow, they really can't know everyone....I'm sure they didn't intend to "hurt" anyone's feelings. Unless you have DONEto something in the past and they reported about you.....how would they know you? They didn't carry a #sheet around with them while they were filming. Yikes it was two guys racing around on a golf cart just trying get as much footage as possible. Hey great idea? If you want them to know your name - or the rest of the world - post it here. I'm sure they read it and will use it next time you race.....

Oh, grow up and get a clue! Flotrack junkies can tell you that Flotrack covers international runners just as much as American runners; there is no bias.
Megan D. has been a fixture at Griak, and Lisa K. has been around, too, so of course their names are known! What should the announcers do -- memorize the names of the seventeen squidillion competitors?! Jeezus.

Why do all of the white girls have names but the Iowa State Kenyan is referred to as "The IOWA STATE GIRL"" ? You call the leader by her name and Lisa Koll by her name and even all of the Michigan State girls by their names but not if you are a foreigner.
