griffin whent 45, hes gone 44 already this year, the time does start when you hit the starting line, cause frome start to finish is 400 meters...thats odd didnt know that

Robert Griffins' SPLIT TIME was a 47. His time started when he got the stick. The clock starts when the athlete gets the baton, not when he crosses the starting line. What no one seems to understand is that every 4x4 hand-off is suppose to be at the starting line. That means, every runner should should pull his man to the starting line. When this is done consistently throughout the race, every runner on the relay runs a true 400 meters. This hardly ever happens. Some runners run more than a 400 and some run less. This is why there is a myth that some legs on the 4x4 relay are longer then others. Oh, by the way, watch out for Lancaster again this year. They lost a lot. But they still have the 2nd leg that split 47.9 and they had a good JV 4x4 last year. Also, they had a couple of good atheletes that moved into their district that are going to make a big difference. They are going to be hard to beat, even for the 5A teams like Desoto.

naw you wrong griffin did go 45 and if you want to go with this imaginary 47 that you say he ran they wouldnt have won anyway.

I am very proud of the Lancaster 4x4 relay and 300 hurdles boys, you worked very hard and hard work always pays off in the end. Great job! Keep up the good work.

If you clock Worthing's first leg that fool went 20.7 out the blocks. who knows what College he's going to.

If Worthing had a complete team they would've won. They first and second leg was brutal.
