	Lauren October 9, 2007 at 3:46pm My Brother is the one in the yellow, he is an up and coming racewalker who takes after his sister when it comes to determination and focus and now; succes. If anyone has tried racewalking they know that it is a hard event, if not harderd then running and takes as much dedication, strength and endurance as running does. If people think that racewalking is "weak" or racewalkers should "grow one" then they can go walk a 20k and then tell me how they feel. At least my brother and I will have a chance to make an olympic team. reply

	Anonymous Coward July 1, 2007 at 8:47pm um yea race walking is just as hard as running a normal race just a different way to do it. it is alot of fun tho. i realy do not understand people hating on it i mean there are guys that i compete against that are 14:30 5krs and do the race walk to. in a way it take more endurance and concentration because you have to hold your form together for the entire race. guys that are dissing the race walkers are just plain ignorant. reply

	Vince Peters - USATF RWIng June 18, 2007 at 9:40am With the NAIA having the RW as a scoring event at both their indoor and outdoor Collegiate National T&F Championships there are more T&F scholarships availble for HS T&F athletes than there are currently HS athletes Race Walking. reply
