Today, Wisconsin's Morgan McDonald ran a massive 5K personal best in 13:15.83 at the Night of Athletics meeting in Heusden, Belgium. McDonald now has a strong case to be selected to represent Australia at the World Championships next month. McDonald would join Syracuse's Justyn Knight to race at the World Championship meet while still competing for their NCAA schools.
