The running world has been waiting patiently for 17-time NCAA champion Edward Cheserek to announce his running shoe sponsorship. And while we wait, one can only search for clues. A big clue just surfaced today as Cheserek followed Skechers Performance official Twitter account, which also follows him.

Perhaps Cheserek is Skechers' heir apparent to 2014 Boston Marathon champion Meb Keflezighi, who will retire after racing the New York Marathon this fall.
