Ben Malone Kicks Down The Field
In the men's 1500, the top three traded off kicks in the last lap of the race when Ben Malone really turned on the jets to take the win with a blazing 3:45.63.
Columbia Freshman Pulls Off Last-Second Win In DMR
The final stretch of the men's DMR came down to St. Joseph's and Colombia, and on a wet track in Williamsburg the freshman in blue crossed the line first. Solomon Fountain helped his squad finish with a 10:07.75—just a fraction above St. Joseph's 10:08.09.
Another One Bites The Dust: Record Goes Down
Jeff Gibson broke the Mary Washington and Capital Athletic Conference 10K records.

And Of Course, An Upset!
Miles Owens is just a freshman at Wiliam & Mary, but the 800m man kicked past three runners in the last 200m to finish in first place by nearly half a second, winning with a 1:50.38.
