FloTrack took a trip to their backyard the University of Texas to watch Tonja Buford-Bailey’s pro women get in a workout before the Texas Relays.

The Workout:
Ashley Spencer: 4x150 w/ hurdles
Morolake Akinosun: 2x15, 2x45, 2x65, 2x65 w/ blocks
Courtney Okolo: 500/400/300/200/100 at 90% effort w/ 6 min rest

Okolo’s Splits: 69/56/42/25.9/11.6
