Workout Wednesday: Sydney McLaughlin Speed Work Session

FloTrack took a trip out to Scotch Plains, New Jersey to catch a workout with 2016 Olympian Sydney McLaughlin. And despite the pouring rain the Union Catholic H.S. track team still got in their workout.

The Workout:
4x30m sled pulls
4x30m sprints
2x90m (30m acceleration, 30m cruise, 30m acceleration)

Sydney’s 30m sprint times (automatic timing)
3.98 | 3.89 | 3.91 | 3.79 (fastest on the team)

UPDATE: Video says Sydney has three national h.s. records, she now has four.
