Lunge Matrix Warm-Up (LM)


First, watch the Video. Second, this is a watered down version of Gary Gray's Lunge Matrix. Gary is arguably the best Physical Therapist for athletes; you can check out his stuff (I get his newsletter and he includes some nice training videos). If you have questions you should first download the handouts at the CHSCA clinic page below as it will answer all of the obvious questions, such as "How often do you do this?" and "Will I be sore" and "If I'm sore then why is it a warm-up?".
