The Mental Edge with IU's Tom Chorny

Steeple Coach Tom Chorny discusses the Mental Edge of the steeplechase, a difficult and sometimes misunderstood event. Chorny is an 8:20 steeple chaser himself and has brought his knowledge from his successes to Indiana University.

This past weekend at the Big Ten Championships IU went 1-2 in the men's steeplechase with De'Sean Turner (8:43) and Andrew Poore (8:44). On the women's side Sarah Pease was second (9:59) behind USA World Team member Bridget Franek of Penn State.
