Brenda Martinez is glad that the suspended Russian Athletic Federation is not at the World Championships, and she doesn't think they should be reinstated by the Olympic Games either. Martinez's outdoor event, the 800m, has been especially impacted by Russian doping cheats, and the 28-year-old knows all too well what its like to be knocked down the medal stand by a doper: drug cheat Mariya Savinova beat her by a place at the 2013 World Championships.
